Andreas Persson

Andreas Persson has a diverse work experience in various roles within the health technology industry. Andreas started their career at Siemens AB as a Software Developer, where they worked on developing a global journalsystem. Andreas then became a Scrum Master at Siemens AB, taking on additional responsibilities for implementing Agile methodologies.

After Siemens AB, Andreas worked at Modul 1 Data AB as a Consulting Manager, focusing on e-health and public sector projects. Andreas later became a Business Unit Manager at Modul 1, where they were responsible for growing the business and establishing a stronger presence in the e-health and MedTech field.

Andreas then joined Softronic AB as a Business Unit Manager, managing IT solutions and consulting services for both private and public sector clients. Andreas was also responsible for delivering services to Västra Götalandsregionen, the company's largest customer.

After Softronic AB, Andreas took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at CSAM Sweden AB. Andreas led the transition of CSAM Sweden into CSAM Health and successfully turned the company around, achieving profitability and increasing annual revenue.

Following their role as CEO, Andreas became a Service & Delivery Director at CSAM Health Group, where they established and led a central service and delivery organization. Andreas'sgoal was to create an efficient and distributed organization that prioritized quality, efficiency, and positive customer experiences.

Currently, Andreas is the Chief Information Officer at CSAM Health Group. Andreas'smain focus is on digitizing and automating processes, tools, and work methods to streamline operations and meet customer needs. Andreas actively identifies areas for automation and improvement through technological solutions, while ensuring that business processes align with industry standards and guidelines.

Andreas Persson obtained a Master of Computer Science degree in IT from Blekinge Institute of Technology. Andreas attended the institute from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their degree, Andreas has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2006, they became a Certified Scrum Master through Scrum.org. In 2008, they further enhanced their Agile project management skills by becoming a Certified Scrum Practitioner, again through Scrum.org. In 2015, Andreas acquired a Solution Selling certification from Richardson Sales Performance. Most recently, in June 2021, they completed the Ledarlyftet program offered by Kandidata Sweden.
