Annalisa Peterson M.a.

Annalisa Peterson M.A., PHR is an experienced Human Resources Generalist with a strong background in associate relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Currently serving at CSAT Solutions LP since September 2019, Annalisa provides guidance to management and contributes to leadership development and customer service training initiatives. Prior experience includes a role at The Home Depot overseeing human resource operations for over 200 employees, as well as academic support positions at the University of Houston-Clear Lake and Roanoke College, where Annalisa contributed to student performance evaluation and training. Annalisa holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Roanoke College.
