Mike Rooney

Mike Rooney has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Mike served as the Chief Financial Officer at CSAT Solutions LP from 2020 and at Micross Components from 2014 to 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Chemring Group PLC as the President of Kilgore Flares LLC from 2011 to 2013 and as the CFO of Kilgore Flares LLC from 2008 to 2011. Mike also held the position of Vice President of Program Management at L-3 Cyterra from 2007 to 2008. Before that, they worked in various finance roles at Honeywell Aerospace from 1988 to 2006, including Vice President of Finance for Aerospace Engineering & Technology, Division CFO for Defense & Space Electronics Systems, Director of Finance for Space Systems Division, and participation in the Finance High Talent Rotation Program.

Mike Rooney obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Accounting from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management between 1985 and 1991. Subsequently, they pursued a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of South Florida, completing the program from 1994 to 1996.
