Troy Spiess

Troy Spiess is an experienced director and project manager with a robust background in technical product support and customer operations, currently serving at CSC Corptax since October 2007. In various leadership roles, including Director of Technical Product Support & Customer Operations and Director of Implementation Services, Troy has overseen internal and customer-facing systems while managing project management, systems administration, data analytics, and professional services teams with a focus on revenue targets. Prior experience includes project management and technical roles at AMS Services and El Paso, with expertise in SQL development, administration of various CRM and ERP systems, and systems implementation. Troy holds a Master's degree in Finance from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston.
