Janne Ignatius is a seasoned professional in the field of computational physics and scientific data, with a career spanning over two decades at the CSC - IT Center for Science, where Janne has held various leadership roles including Program Director and Project Director for Computing Research Infrastructures. In addition to Janne's extensive experience at CSC, Janne serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Helsinki and has held significant positions within PRACE as Chair and Vice-Chair of the Council. Janne's academic journey includes a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Theoretical Physics from the University of Helsinki, alongside research tenure at notable institutions such as Nordita and DESY.
