Petri Laihonen

Petri Laihonen is a seasoned software specialist currently at CSC - IT Center for Science since February 2020. Previously, Petri served as a DevOps engineer at MediSapiens Ltd, focusing on GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Docker containers, and has experience as a senior web developer at AgentIT Finland Oy, specializing in PHP/MySQL programming and Linux server management. As a co-founder of App Lizards, Petri contributed to hybrid mobile app development, while also holding the CTO and owner position at Wap Oneline USA, LLC, from 2002 to 2013. Early career highlights include IT support for the film department at the University of New Orleans and a role as technical director at Weblizards, LLC. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science in Film and TV from the University of New Orleans, along with certificates in aviation and culinary arts.
