Arun Philip is a seasoned electrical QA/QC engineer with extensive experience in leading quality assurance and quality control efforts within large-scale construction projects. Since April 2014, Arun has been serving as a Senior Electrical QA/QC Engineer at China State Construction Engineering Corporation (Middle East) LLC, coordinating project quality matters and overseeing the implementation of project quality plans. Prior to this role, Arun held a similar position at ETA ASCON from May 2012 to April 2014, focusing on inspections and approvals for electrical and ELV systems. Arun's career began at Poly Gulf E & C LLC as an Electrical Engineer, where responsibilities included monitoring project installations and ensuring compliance with contract specifications. Arun holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from St. Xavier's Catholic College of Engineering.

CSCEC Middle East L.L.C. (hereinafter referred to as CSCME) is instituted as a major overseas operational enterprise of China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CSCHQ). CSCME is an established contractor that provides multi-disciplinary (i.e. Building, Infrastructure and MEP work) Engineering and Construction services in the UAE with headquarters in Dubai. CSCHQ was founded in 1957 and established in Beijing, China. In the year 2009, CSCHQ was officially listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange as having the largest IPO in the world. It was recognized as the No. 18 of the top 500 Global Enterprise by “Fortune” magazine in the year 2020. In July 2003, CSCME was awarded the Palm Jumeirah Garden Home Villas Project, an iconic housing project on the world famous Palm Jumeirah. In March, 2005, CSCME was formally established in Dubai, UAE. By the year 2008, CSCME ventured into other Emirates and established branches in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah. During this time, the company expanded and became a diversified contractor with its own Infrastructure and MEP divisions.
