Aayush Sahai

Aayush Sahai is a Talent Specialist at CSC Generation since February 2023, previously serving in roles such as Talent and Communications Specialist and Recruiting Coordinator. Aayush has experience as a Sustainability and ESG Analyst at AMNIe.org, where advice was provided to companies on achieving ESG targets through sustainable practices. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Co-op at D-Wave Systems Inc. and a Product Manager role with UBC Geering Up Engineering Outreach, managing a team to develop the Quantum Navigator online game. Additionally, Aayush worked as a Staff Recruitment Coordinator at Oxfam Canada and as a Customer Service Representative at Honour Roll Sushi. Aayush holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Sustainability & Social Impact and Marketing from The University of British Columbia, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from Jakarta Intercultural School.
