Alishan Ladha has over 10 years of work experience in the recruitment and HR field. In 2021, they were appointed as the Director of Recruiting at CSC Generation, a high growth startup. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Amazon in various roles such as HR Advisor, Employee Services, Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager, Operations Technology, Talent Acquisition Manager & TA Site Lead, World Wide Operations, and Recruiting Business Partner, Operations Technology. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Target. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Senior Recruitment Specialist at easyhome Ltd. In 2009, they worked as a College Instructor at Evergreen College. From 2008 to 2009, they were a Recruiter at Consumer Impact Marketing.

Alishan Ladha completed an Honours BA in Child & Youth Psychology from Brock University between 2004 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in ECE from Centennial College between 2000 and 2002.
