Amna Saleem, MBA

Amna Saleem, MBA, has a diverse work experience in human resources management and talent advisory roles. Amna currently works as a Human Resources Manager at CSC Generation starting from May 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Manager at URBN (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie Group, Free People & Nuuly) from November 2021 to April 2023. Additionally, they held a Human Resources Generalist role at URBN from September 2021 to November 2021. Before joining URBN, Amna worked as a Talent Advisor at Pitney Bowes from July 2015 to March 2021. Amna also gained experience as a Human Resources Recruiter at the Archdiocese of Philadelphia from May 2014 to July 2015 and as a Human Resources Intern at the Centre County Youth Service Bureau from January 2014 to May 2014.

Amna Saleem, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management from Holy Family University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General from Penn State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Amna also holds a high school diploma from Central High School.

In addition to their formal education, Amna has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. These include certifications in Critical Thinking, Employee Engagement, Hiring, Managing, and Separating from Employees, Motivating and Engaging Employees, Performance Management: Conducting Performance Reviews, and Preventing Harassment in the Workplace, all obtained from LinkedIn in August 2022. Amna also obtained a certification in Performance-based Hiring from The Adler Group in June 2020, a Black Belt in Internet Recruitment certification from Social Talent in June 2017, and a Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) from AIRS in September 2015.
