Kara Sebok Elders

Kara Sebok Elders has been working in the retail industry since 2002. Kara began their career as an Assistant Manager for Pottery Barn in 2002. In 2006, they became the Owner of A & E Home Delivery Inc. In 2009, they returned to Pottery Barn Kids as a General Manager, successfully managing a $2.5M dollar store and achieving positive financial growth until they were promoted to Assistant Manager. In 2018, they joined Pottery Barn Kids & PBteen as a General Manager and District Operations Manager, leading overall store operations and profitability with responsibility for achieving sales, payroll, and operating contribution results. In 2021, they joined CSC Generation as an Operations Special Projects Manager - Stores | Z Gallerie & Sur La Table.

Kara Sebok Elders attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1993 to 1997 and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Business Administration and Management, General.
