Jordina Walker

Jordina Walker serves as EMEA Head of Restructuring and Director, Head of Trustee Services at CSC Global Financial Markets since November 2019, with previous roles as Associate Director. Prior experience includes Senior Manager, Transaction Management at Intertrust Group, where leadership was provided to the UK trustee desk, focusing on complex transactions. Jordina also worked as an Associate at Paul Hastings, specializing in structured finance, and spent seven years at Norton Rose Fulbright, advising clients in debt capital markets and structured finance. Early career involved significant legal secondee positions across various financial institutions, enhancing experience in restructurings and transaction management. Jordina holds a Master of Laws from Birkbeck School of Law, a Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School, and a Bachelor of Laws from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
