Adam Berman

Adam Berman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate trust services and loan administration. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Trustee, Loan Agency, and Project Finance at CSC since April 2020, Adam leads the corporate trust services, including various specialized agency roles. Prior to this, Adam held the position of Vice President at GLAS from May 2017 to April 2020, contributing to the company's growth in the loan and bond markets. Adam's previous roles include Vice President at Wilmington Trust, where responsibilities included relationship management for the European High Yield Debt Team, and Vice President at Law Debenture Trust Company of New York, focusing on global corporate trust and banking agency services. Adam's career also includes positions at US Bank N.A., The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, and The Bank of New York. Adam holds a BBA in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University, obtained between 1992 and 1995.
