Alan Halpern

Alan Halpern has extensive experience in risk and compliance management, currently serving as the Global Head of Risk and Compliance for Capital Markets at CSC since 2003. In conjunction with this role, Alan Halpern has also been a Vice President at Delaware Trust Company since 2003. Prior to these positions, Alan Halpern worked at JP Morgan Chase from 1996 to 2003 as a Relationship Manager. Alan Halpern earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law between 1990 and 1993.
