Allison Gerhart

Allison Gerhart currently serves as the Vice President of International Compliance and Governance at CSC, a position held since July 2015, and has also held titles such as Associate General Counsel and Director of International Compliance and Governance within the same company. Prior to CSC, Allison worked at the Koehler Group, a CSC Company, from October 2016 to February 2018, where responsibilities included Business Advisory Manager and Associate General Counsel. Earlier experience includes a role as an Associate at Richards, Layton & Finger from September 2012 to June 2015. Allison Gerhart earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Penn State Dickinson Law between 2009 and 2012 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from American University, obtained in 2009.
