Chalene Francis

Chalene "Chay" Francis (Ellis) has extensive experience in fund services and operations, currently serving as the Sr Executive Director and Head of Fund Services for North America at CSC since August 2020. Prior roles include Managing Director of Operations and Compliance and Associate Director at the same firm. Previous experience encompasses positions such as Director of Investor Relations at FD Fund Administration (2017-2020), and Investor Relations Manager at Citco Fund Services (2013-2017), where management of investor relations staff and system integration projects were key responsibilities. Chalene also held various managerial positions at BNY Mellon from 2007 to 2013, focusing on alternative investment services. Earlier career experience includes roles at Wells Fargo, overseeing international trade operations and telecommunications. Chalene holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
