Ewa Zane is an experienced Senior Service Manager at CSC Digital Brand Services, where responsibilities include leading global TLD operations and internal project management, as well as managing registry and vendor relations worldwide. Ewa has held various roles within CSC, including Head of Strategic Accounts for the Americas, where leadership involved fostering relationships with Fortune 500 companies and guiding a team in service operations. Previous positions also include managing customer service teams across different regions, such as EMEA and the Nordics. In addition to an extensive career in digital brand services, Ewa has contributed as a Fellow at Leadership Delaware, Inc. and worked as an ESL teacher and freelance interpreter/translator. Ewa holds two Master's degrees in Economics and Applied Linguistics from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Warsaw, respectively, and attended the University of Delaware for further education.
