Faith Meisinger-Petit

Faith Meisinger-Petit is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and customer service. Currently, as the Director of Product Management at CSC since September 2016, Faith leads a team responsible for delivering order to cash capabilities, collaborating with business leaders to drive impactful product releases. Previously, as National Director of Customer Service, Faith focused on providing effective solutions throughout the business life cycle. Faith has held various management roles at CSC, including Operations Manager for Litigation Management and Team Lead for customer onboarding. Prior experience includes leadership positions at ShareBuilder by Capital One and ING DIRECT, where responsibilities spanned customer support, sales team management, and training development. Faith earned a B.A. in Communications and Sociology from Villanova University.
