Jessica Cappuccio

Jessica Cappuccio is an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer and Team Lead in Middleware at CSC since October 2015. Jessica's expertise includes SQL database management with Oracle, MySQL, and SQLServer, along with production support, security, and transaction handling. Previous roles at CSC as a Service Transition Professional involved quality assurance and data metrics analysis. Past experience as Food and Beverage Manager at Radley Run Country Club highlighted customer service and operational excellence, while leadership as Club President of the West Chester Women's Ice Hockey Club led to team success at a national championship.
