Jos van Loon

Jos van Loon is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in private equity services and fund administration. Currently serving as Director Legal at CSC since August 2023, Jos previously held various legal roles at Intertrust Group from November 2019 to July 2023, including Director Legal and Compliance & Regulatory Counsel, focusing on escrow solutions for M&A transactions. Prior experience includes directorships at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in escrow and settlement and legal advisory roles at Ruig & Partners Attorneys at Law and Eiffel. Jos holds a Master in International & European Law from Radboud University and has additional qualifications from NIBE-SVV Opleidingen.
