Laura Lacey has extensive experience in operations and service management, currently serving as Service Director at CSC since September 2014, where responsibilities include managing business transformational projects and change management. Prior roles at CSC include Operations Manager and Service Manager, focusing on business licensing, customer service, and litigation management. Previous positions include Operations Manager at Maximal Art, Inc., Co-Owner at RNL Networking & Web Design, and IT Operations Manager at Discount Telecommunications, Inc. In earlier roles, Laura contributed to marketing as a Marketing Associate at Oxford Health Plans and provided IT support at several firms.
