Martin van Leeuwen is an accomplished professional in executive compensation and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Executive Compensation Services at CSC since October 2025. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, Martin previously held positions such as Global Compensation & Benefits Manager at Aviko and Senior Manager Total Rewards Europe at ASM. Martin's expertise includes managing compensation and benefits across the EMEA region, designing global bonus schemes, and overseeing HR policy implementation. A strong foundation in tax law and labor law is supported by advanced degrees from the University of Amsterdam and the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
