Charles Griesmer

Charles Griesmer is an experienced construction professional with a background spanning several decades in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Construction Estimator at CSCI since July 2018, Charles specializes in residential shell construction utilizing Construct Connect OST and Quick Bid Programs. Previous positions include Concrete Expeditor, managing concrete deliveries for West Coast projects, and Project Manager, overseeing the construction of over 400 homes. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as Superintendent at USI Building Solutions, and a decade as Construction Supervisor at Dunworth Construction. Earlier roles involved project management and estimating at Kodiak Construction and construction supervision at Regatta Homes. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from the University of Pittsburgh.
