Brian Ballard

Brian Ballard has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Brian worked for various companies in different roles. Brian began their career as a Registered Representative for Scudder, Stevens and Clark from September 1991 to December 1993. Brian then joined New England Electric Systems as a Financial Analyst - Intern from June 1994 to March 1995. Brian briefly worked as a Senior Merchandise Manager at Stride Rite from April 1995 to February 1996. Brian then transitioned to Liberty Mutual Group as a Senior Financial Analyst from March 1996 to February 2000. Brian's next move was to Mac-Gray, where they held the positions of Director, Financial Planning and Analysis from March 2000 to April 2011, and Senior Director, Account Planning from April 2011 to January 2014. Finally, Brian joined CSC ServiceWorks, where they worked as Vice President, CRM and Strategic Planning from January 2014 to December 2016, and later as Vice President, Sales Analytics from January 2017 onwards.

Brian Ballard earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Purdue University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, which they completed from 1994 to 1996.
