Jim Williamson has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Jim started their career at Grange Insurance Association in 1976, where they served as a Branch Claims Manager, Property Specialist, and Multi-line Field Adjuster. Jim then joined Civil Service Employees Ins Co in 1984 as a Home Office Claims Manager, overseeing the entire claims department. Jim held various roles within the company, including Branch Claims Manager and Claims Supervisor, until 1993. From 1994 to 2002, they worked as a Regional Auditor/Trainer and Regional Claims Manager. In 1997, they became the Assistant Vice President, Claims and SIU Coordinator, and in 2002, they were promoted to Senior Vice President, Claims. In this role, they were responsible for providing leadership in all aspects of the company's claims activities, including budgeting, forecasting, litigation management, and regulatory compliance. Jim held this position until 2015. After that, they joined CSE Insurance Group as a Senior VP Claims.
Jim Williamson has a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Eastern Washington State College. Jim also has a Masters in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College.
