The Finance Team at the California School Employees Association is responsible for managing and overseeing the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, accounting, and reporting. Led by the Chief Financial Officer, the team ensures fiscal integrity and sustainability, supports strategic financial decision-making, and complies with regulatory requirements. This involves close collaboration with various departments to align fiscal policies with the union's mission to improve the lives of its members, students, and communities.
