Eponine Broillet is an experienced administrative and human resources professional with a strong background in executive support and training management. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and formerly as a Senior Administrative Assistant to the CFO at CSEM since October 2012, Eponine has demonstrated expertise in managing administrative tasks and supporting various technical divisions. Previous roles include HR Generalist and Training Manager, where Eponine provided comprehensive HR support and managed ongoing employee training initiatives. Earlier experience at Swatch Ltd. as an HR Assistant involved complete administrative oversight of the employee lifecycle. Eponine holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Université de Neuchâtel and a Certificate in Human Resources Generalist from HEG - Haute école de gestion Arc.
