Nicolas Kirsch is currently a Doctoral Assistant at EPFL, pursuing a PhD in Neural Network Control, with an expected graduation in April 2028. Since September 2023, Nicolas has been interning in Energy System Optimization at CSEM. Prior experience includes a role as an Energy Control Intern at Amstein + Walthert and a Solar Potential Benchmark Internship at namR. Nicolas also held positions as a Software Intern at Changing Room, an Energy Design Intern at Energy Observer Developments, and an Innovation Intern at ekWateur. Nicolas earned a Master’s degree in Science and Technology of Energy from EPFL (2021-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Arts and Sciences from UCL (2018-2021), following the completion of a Baccalauréat in Sciences at Ecole Jeannine Manuel (2004-2018).
