James Escobar

James Escobar is an experienced professional in blockchain development and technology, currently serving as the Founder of Stealth Startup since December 2024 and as a Blockchain Developer at Catalyst Campus since April 2024. At Catalyst Campus, James provides Solidity Development support for three Decentralized Applications (DAPPs) related to the Air Force's Phase II decentralized Identity Access Management (dIAM) Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR). Notably, James has architected a secure multi-node Hyperledger Besu network with QBFT consensus and developed smart contracts that enhance government form processing efficiency. Prior to these roles, James worked as a Blockchain Developer at CSEngineering since July 2022 and served as a Budget Analyst for the United States Air Force from November 2013 to November 2022. James holds an Associate of Science degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the Community College of the Air Force.
