Jess Schafer

Jess Schafer is currently the Director, Strategic Accounts at CSG Creative. Prior to this role, Jess was the Director of Brand Marketing at Easton Baseball/Softball, where she led the Brand Marketing Team and oversaw various aspects including Creative Direction, Content Creation, Digital Brand Marketing, Events, Social Media, and Video Production. She also held positions as a Senior Brand Manager and Marketing Manager at Easton. Jess's previous experience includes roles at Team One and The Ballpark as an Account Executive, where she managed daily client communications and collaborated with internal teams. Jess also worked as an Account Manager at The Phelps Group, where she handled client communications, budget monitoring, and strategic development. Jess holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Art History from Santa Clara University.
