Rhonda Ekwunoh, MAT • MA-ELPA, currently serves as Project Manager for State Initiatives at CSG Justice Center since November 2022, leading criminal justice policy projects and managing the Kentucky Justice Reinvestment Domestic Violence Project. Previous roles include Campaign Analyst for The Innocence Project Campaign at We The Protesters - Campaign Zero, Education Policy Fellow at American Federation for Children, and 3rd & 4th Grade Teacher at Ascend Public Charter Schools, where significant improvements in student scores were achieved. Rhonda has extensive experience in education and policy advocacy, having worked as a Recruiter and Coach with Teach For America, and has a strong foundation in research and community engagement through roles at Leadership for Educational Equity and multiple positions within Achievements First. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Educational Leadership from New York University and a Master's in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education.
