Anurag Agarwal

Anurag Agarwal possesses extensive experience in the IT and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as TSA Lead at CSG since February 2023. Previously, Anurag held the position of Oracle SME at Kyndryl from September 2021 to February 2023 and transitioned from a Transition Manager and SME role at IBM between May 2015 and September 2021. Anurag's career began at Tech Mahindra, working as an Associate Solution Designer in the Telecom BSS domain and later as a Business Analyst. Prior experience includes roles as an IT Consultant at Fujitsu and an Oracle DBA at Mahindra Satyam, as well as a Software Engineer at Satyam Computer Services Ltd. Anurag holds a B.Tech. degree in Information Technology from Sachdeva Institute of Technology, Mathura, completed in 2005.
