Ashlee Laux

Ashlee Laux, SPC, is a seasoned Technical Instructional Designer currently serving at CSG since May 2019, where responsibilities include developing technical training content using Adobe Captivate and collaborating with end users and subject matter experts to define business procedures. Previously, Ashlee worked as a Training and Development Specialist at Boys Town from December 2017 to May 2019, focusing on creating online training modules and overseeing employee compliance. With extensive experience at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska from 2008 to 2017, Ashlee held various supervisory roles, honing skills in team development, project activities, and quality assurance. Ashlee holds a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology from Bellevue University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Youth Ministry and Religious Studies from Benedictine College.
