Ben Tusa

Ben Tusa is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems engineering and network management. Currently serving as a Sr Systems Engineer at CSG since April 2009, Ben oversees the architecture of Azure Active Directory, Citrix, and NetScaler environments, including engineering the Microsoft Azure Identity Platform and maintaining Citrix Virtual App and Desktop environments. Prior to CSG, Ben worked as a Senior Systems Analyst at WRK Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included installing and maintaining various networked systems for clients in banking and medical sectors. Ben's early career began as a Bench Technician at Scantron Service Group, focusing on repairing Optical Mark Reading Scanners. Ben holds a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute and has prior educational experience at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and Creighton Preparatory School.
