Craig Ramsey is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in business support systems architecture, business continuity management, and IT operations. Currently serving as Director of Business Support Systems Architecture at CSG since May 2018, Craig has successfully built and led a high-performing team while integrating Business Ink's operations and implementing transformative strategies. Previously, as Director of Global Business Continuity Management at CSG, Craig led the migration of applications to the Omaha Data Center and played a pivotal role in acquisitions to support organizational growth. Craig also boasts a history of significant contributions at Business Ink, where team expansion and operational efficiency were prioritized. In addition, Craig founded 404 Consulting, operated as a Senior Network Engineer in various organizations, and taught Microsoft technologies as an instructor. Craig holds an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Sandhills Community College.
