Dani Durante

Dani Durante serves as the Executive Director of Global Inclusion & Impact at CSG since September 2021, following a role as Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at The White House. Previously, Dani held various leadership positions, including Director for Leadership & Training in the Presidential Personnel Office and Senior HR Program Manager for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Other notable experiences include managing DEI initiatives at the Obama Foundation and overseeing operations at OneGoal. Dani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The University of New Mexico and an Executive Education Certification from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, as well as participation in the InclusionLabs fellowship program.
