Isaiah Bowers has extensive experience in software development and quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Software Development at CSG since September 2017, where responsibilities include managing geographically dispersed development teams and acting as Scrum Master for multiple agile teams. Prior to this role, Isaiah held the position of VP of Engineering at talentReef, leading engineering and QA teams to enhance product quality and efficiency. Additional roles include establishing a QA department at talentReef, developing automation test frameworks at ProLink Solutions and Gaiam, and serving in various QA and software testing capacities at companies such as LPL Financial and CA Technologies. Isaiah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University, with earlier education from the University of Oklahoma.
