Leandro Veloso

Leandro Veloso is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in digital product design and user experience. Currently serving as the Director of Global Creative Design at CSG since January 2020, Leandro focuses on enhancing the company's customer experience vision and reimagining SaaS platforms. Previous roles include Group Creative Director at Deutsche Telekom, where Leandro directed design for B2C e-commerce, and Bharti Airtel, where redesign efforts included the My Airtel App and B2B digital transformations. As Principal Creative Director and Co-Founder of Gen Design Studio, Leandro led end-to-end digital transformations for telecommunications companies. Additional experience encompasses significant roles at AT&T, nominaldesign, and in-úteisdesign, complemented by a Licenciatura in Industrial and Product Design from Universidade de Aveiro.
