Leonardo Souza

Leonardo Souza is the Director of Service Management at CSG, where they oversee Managed Services Operations for the Americas region, managing a proactive team of over 50 resources. They previously served as a Senior Manager and Manager in Service Management at CSG, where they focused on client management and governance. Prior to joining CSG in 2009, Leonardo gained extensive experience in telecommunications support at Embratel and Ericsson. They hold a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on Telecommunications from Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial.
