Jeff Ward

Jeff Ward has extensive experience in IT service management and application support, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Service Management at McDermott Will & Emery since November 2020. Prior to this role, Jeff spent nearly 30 years at Norton Rose Fulbright, where significant contributions included directing IT service management and application support, focusing on enhancing user experiences for legal professionals. Achievements include the creation of over 1,900 knowledge articles, a notable reduction in incidents, and the development of service management tools that improved operational efficiency. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of Houston and an Associate's degree in Theatre from Lon Morris College.
