Rakesh Sahu is an experienced IT professional with a background in training coordination and desktop support. Currently serving as the Training Support Coord Lead at CSG since September 2018, Rakesh is responsible for organizing training sessions and evaluating their effectiveness. In previous roles, Rakesh held positions as Desktop Support Admin II at CSG, where responsibilities included extensive use of SCCM for application deployment and management, JAMF administration for MacBook computers, and configuration of Group Policies.
