S. Sathish Pai has extensive experience in project management and delivery operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Project Management within Customer Solutions Engineering at CSG since December 2018. Prior to this role, S. Sathish has held multiple positions at IBM from August 2016, including Delivery Operations Manager for SIAM-Hybrid IT services integration and Lead in Service Management & Delivery for Remote Infra Services, along with serving as Regional Delivery Executive for the Idea Cellular Project. Earlier experience includes roles at Tech Mahindra as Delivery Lead for Telecom Solution Design and Architecture, Deputy Director of IT for the TN Division at MTS - Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd, and Head of IT for the Airtel Karnataka Circle at IBM. S. Sathish began the career as Assistant Manager in IT at Hutchison Essar Telecom Ltd and as Senior Systems Executive at AIRCEL CELLULAR LIMITED. S. Sathish holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Software Enterprises Management from Anna University, completed between 2010 and 2012.
