Todd Fielding has extensive experience in customer delivery and operations management, with a career at CSG spanning from 1995 to present. In the current role as Customer Delivery Executive, Todd is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction across all services delivery initiatives. Previous titles include Director of Agile Enablement, where responsibilities involved implementing the Scaled Agile Framework and Agile practices across operations. Prior to CSG, Todd held the position of Director of Operations PMO at CSGI from March 2010 to June 2013 and worked as Manager of IT Project Management at CSG Interactive Messaging from 1995 to 2010. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwest Missouri State University.
