Robert Quest has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Robert is currently serving as a Senior Security Analyst at CSI Ltd, where they are responsible for managing security offerings and improving the security toolset. Robert leads the program to achieve PCI DSS accreditation and handles vulnerability management for PCI DSS customers.

Prior to this, Robert worked at APSU Limited as a Third line Network and Security Analyst. Their role involved delivering managed service solutions and ensuring PCI compliance. Robert analyzed security alerts, managed SEIM solutions, and performed file integrity monitoring.

Before APSU Limited, they worked as an Independent IT Consultant at BCS, The Charted Institute for IT. In this role, they provided IT consulting services.

Robert also has experience working as a Technical Support Analyst at FrontRange Solutions. Robert provided technical support for a network and system audit tool and specialized in Endpoint Security product.

Robert Quest attended Daventry College from 1996 to 1998. Robert obtained a City and Guilds, O Levels, CPVE in IT, CEE, RSA in Computer Studies and IT degree during their time there. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including PCIP from the PCI Security Standards Council in March 2022, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals from Microsoft in June 2021, CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS) Administration and Introduction to CyberArk Privileged Access Security from CyberArk PAM (Privilege Access Management) PIM (Privilege Identity Management) in January 2021, and BCS Level 4 Employment of Cryptography, BCS Level 4 Network and Digital Communications Theory, and BCS Level 4 Certificate in CyberSecurity from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2020 and 2019. Other certifications include Hacking Wireless Networks: Theory and Practice from StackSkills, Introduction to CyberSecurity and Introduction to Packet Tracer from Cisco Networking Academy, Network Defences, Systems Threats and Risks, and Wireless Network Security from CyberTraining 365 (GDPR & Cyber Security Training), and Tripwire Enterprise and Tripwire Operator from Tripwire. Robert also earned Level 1: Trustee Exam certification from CyberArk PAM (Privilege Access Management) PIM (Privilege Identity Management) and CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+) ce and CompTIA Cloud+ ce certifications from CompTIA in 2021.
