Rich Garcia

Rich Garcia currently serves as a Multifamily Project Manager at CSI Construction Company since March 2025. Garcia has extensive experience in project management, having previously held roles at Toll Brothers as a Project Manager and Management Associate from August 2023 to March 2025, and at Tekin & Associates as a Development Manager and Project Administrator from August 2021 to August 2023. In addition, Garcia is a Cryptologic Linguist in the Army National Guard since February 2021. Prior experience includes working as an Architecture Design Engineer at Charter Communications from August 2020 to August 2021, focusing on hybrid fiber coax network planning and quality control processes. Rich Garcia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Development from American Military University in December 2021 and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Finance at the University of Colorado Springs from August 2023 to September 2025.
