Randy Ballesteros

Randy Ballesteros is an accomplished event designer and creative producer with extensive experience in the events industry. Currently serving in Creative Services at CSI DMC since February 2024, Randy previously held significant leadership roles at Ode à la Rose, where responsibilities included directing national events and weddings across major U.S. cities. Notable prior positions include event management and project leadership at Artisan Bloom Design, Great Performances, Bastille Flowers & Events, and Revel Decor Inc. Randy's expertise encompasses conceptual design, proposal creation, and the management of high-end corporate and social events, highlighted by a strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project coordination. Randy's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Theater from The American Musical and Dramatic Academy.
