The Project Management and Coordination team at CSI Energy Group is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of energy sector projects across Africa. The team ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They coordinate between various stakeholders, manage resources, and mitigate risks to achieve seamless project delivery in sectors like Renewables, Power & Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, and Mining.
