Roel Gritter is a highly experienced professional with a career spanning several decades in engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Service Project Engineer at CSi industries B.V. since the company's inception in 1972, Roel has played a pivotal role in technical operations. Prior to this, Roel held various significant positions at Ridder Packaging Systems B.V., including Technical Manager from 1972 to 2004 and Manager Engineering at Ridder Packaging Harderwijk from April 1972 to February 2002.

CSi palletising provides its customers with highly automated logistics and palletising systems for the manufacturing and distribution of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). CSi palletising serves its customers worldwide via sales offices in the USA, Mexico, France, Germany, UK and the Netherlands. The main production and assembly facilities are in Cluj Napoca, Romania, and in Raamsdonksveer, The Netherlands. Moreover CSi palletising has a application centre in Mexico and a service hub in the USA.
