Michael Latsko has extensive work experience in finance and financial planning and analysis. Michael currently holds the position of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at CSI Pharmacy since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Optum as an Associate Director of Finance from April 2022 to April 2023 and as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager from June 2020 to April 2022. Before joining Optum, they held the role of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Diplomat from October 2018 to June 2020. Michael began their career at The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. where they held various positions including Director of Store Operations, Staffing, and Finance from July 2017 to June 2018, Director of Store Operations from November 2016 to July 2017, Stores Financial Manager from September 2014 to November 2016, and Financial Analyst from March 2007 to September 2014.
Michael Latsko earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, completing their studies from 2011 to 2015.

Over the past few years, CSI Pharmacy has grown from a small, hometown pharmacy into a thriving nationwide specialty pharmacy with two physical locations and plans for more.
