Andrés Lema

Andrés Lema is a Civil Engineer, MBA, and Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 15 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. They concluded their tenure at CIEMSA with roles ranging from technical assistant to project manager, successfully overseeing significant projects for major clients such as Pepsi and Cargill. They graduated with distinction from Hult International Business School and ranked third in a cohort of 176 students at Universidad de la República. Currently, Andrés works as the Deputy Project Director at CSI, managing project teams and strategic planning.
